Introduction
The National Empowerment Fund is looking for an Administrator / Personal Assistant to perform administrative and office support activities for Pre-Investment team.
Job description
Administration and co-ordination for the department
- Coordinate meetings,
- Manage diary for the manager,
- Order & Maintain stationery for the department,
- Taking minutes during staff meeting,
- Managing the functioning of the contact centre,
- Processing invoices for be paid,
- Making sure that stakeholders are paid well on time,
- Making travelling arrangements for the team and stakeholders,
- Keeping a spreadsheet for all payments made,
- Making sure that the manager and team have their travelling documents on time,
- Making sure all logistics for training are sorted.
Report submission
- Requesting bi-weekly reports on applications and enquiries,
- Reminding stakeholders to submit reports and close out reports for the projects completed.
Compile Reports
- Collect the relevant information from the relevant sources in terms of report requirements,
- Ensure the validity of information,
- Collate the information into the required format,
- Compile the report in accordance with company format,
- Distribute the reports to the relevant role players and regulatory bodies for processing.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- Secretarial Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience/Skills required
- 1-2 Years’ administration Experience,
- 2 Years report writing experience in an investment environment,
- 6 – 12 months exposure to the front desk/receptionist,
- MS Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Excel.
